Combines Forces With Hall Group Interests Forming Canlight Hall
Corporation
TORONTO, Ontario – The CANLIGHT Group is pleased to
announce a new business combination with the Hall Group of
companies, specifically the business activities which operated
as Hall Management Corporation. A new company, CANLIGHT
HALL CORPORATION has been established to operate the combined
businesses.

forward, we believe that this business combination will be
accretive by creating synergies from combining Canlight’s
business acumen and fluid access to capital with Hall’s strength
in the physical management of properties. It will create a
strong mid-market private real estate company with the critical
mass needed to achieve operating efficiencies from economies of
scale, and create a well-rounded senior management team with
expansive knowledge, experience, talent and business
relationships, ” said Donald J. Kason, Managing Partner of
CANLIGHT HALL.
CANLIGHT HALL will manage a portfolio of residential and
commercial real estate assets valued in excess of $800 million.
The portfolio is comprised of more than 3,600 residential units,
4.0 million square feet of commercial space plus seven projects
under development, valued in excess of $75 million.
The final stages of the business combination will be completed
in January 2004.
CANLIGHT HALL provides comprehensive asset, property and
facilities management services in the multi-residential rental,
condominium and commercial sectors together with a wide variety
of consulting and financial services required by its’
investor-clients. The firm specializes in the syndication of
real estate and the development of residential and commercial
properties. The CANLIGHT HALL mission is to build wealth through
real estate. The firm has offices in Toronto, Mississauga,
Hamilton and Barrie serving markets throughout Southern Ontario.
