Canlight Hall is a real estate management company with a history dating back to 1958. The company provides Property, Facilities, Asset Management and Investor services. In addition, it provides real estate advisory services, value enhancement services, community development services, project management services, marketing & website development services and financial management services. It operates in the Greater Toronto Area and throughout Southern Ontario including: Barrie, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Oshawa, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Niagara Peninsula, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and London. The company employs over 35 professional staff and manages a further 110 site staff at the properties.

Canlight Hall’s management portfolio consists of 8.5 Million square feet of real estate over some 100 projects with a market value in excess of $1.25 billion. In addition to 2.5 Million square feet of industrial, retail and office space under management, it provides innovative property and asset management services to some 4,500 residential units.

Canlight Hall has extensive experience in managing major capital expenditure initiatives. Management has directed over $80 million in capital improvements – 100 plus projects at 30 plus site locations. As an advisor, Canlight Hall has successfully restructured and repositioned numerous financially challenged properties for stakeholders.

Canlight Hall separates its management into business segments: Condominium, Residential Investment and Commercial Investment Real Estate. Each segment focuses on creating real estate value for our clients.
